To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Digital Products
Refunds for digital products, such as downloadable games or in-game content, are based on the refund policies of the distribution platforms.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards or promotional items are non-refundable. Items purchased on final sale or marked as "non-returnable" cannot be refunded.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
